Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • The return request meets the timeframe mentioned below

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Clear images (if applicable)

Refund Process & Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or product defects, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • In such cases, TRYMEEOUT will cover the return shipping cost
